I've been kicking around the question of whether or not it makes sense to pre-create a big bowl of vegetarian soup that can then be dispensed throughout the week. I'm not someone who really has a lot of free time to spend preparing a meal right at the time that it's supposed to then be consumed (even though I realize it's often fresher to do it that way).
The answer might be to just assemble a half dozen vegetarian soup recipes and put together a meal plan that permits me to have a few different choices while at the same time not having to spend a lot of time preparing stuff when I'm in a hurry to basically eat and go.
